Very much enjoyed the delicate citrus here and have tried with tonic, a negroni and straight up, you can really tell the quality. A real pleasure to drink.
I recently tried this Gin at a tasting in London. The G&Ts and Negronis were both as amazing as the hosts.
I only discovered Seven Hills gin recently and it's a special one. Beautifully balanced, smooth, flavourful - not too fruity or citrussy. It feels carefully sourced and crafted. Great for sipping and fabulous in a negroni. Nicely done!
Just tried it, it's the best gin I've ever tasted along with monkey 47 which would now have to take second place, but I'll need to verify that. Paul newson.
This gin is truly perfect to make the perfect Negroni.
