Manchester's Zymurgorium are going on a World Tour, taking inspiration from countries all over the globe to create exciting (and tasty) gins - the first stop on the tour is China! Their Mandarin Dynasty Gin features sweet and sour mandarins, Chinese cinnamon, fennel, Sichuan Pepper, clove, star anise and the pre-requisite juniper.
