The Wrecking Coast folks in Cornwall created Cornerstone Gin for Tom Brown and his Cornerstone restaurant, swapping out water for cloudy apple juice in the still! The botanicals include juniper, coriander, rowan berries, rosehip and a quartet of citrus - orange, lemon, lime and pink grapefruit. Incredibly refreshing and autumnal, we reckon this will make an excellent Bramble cocktail...
Crisp juniper and light florals, before full-bodied citrus freshness arrives on the palate. A creamy spirit with a light hint of vanilla on the finish.

Very appley. It’s not an unpleasant flavour, I’m definitely drink my bottle, but it’s not great. Kinda has the taste of those really false type of apple flavoured sweets. It’s not awful but I’ve tried it with both an Indian and Mediterranean tonic and neither has been particularly good. The next plan is to try it in a cocktail with apple juice and ginger ale.
