Pink Citrus Gin from The Spirit of Garstang takes inspiration from the flavours of Thailand. In addition to traditional botanicals, generous helpings of makrut limes and Thai spices are included to give this gin an aromatic Asiatic feel. Mix with tonic and you'll notice the colour change, thanks to the inclusion of pea flower!
