Its Bristolian makers recommend enjoying this in a G&T, beginning by putting a slice of lemon in the bottom of the glass, then filling with ice, 50ml gin, and a dash of Indian tonic to taste.
A rich core of oily juniper is supported by warming notes of pepper, zesty citrus, and delicate spice, with barky cassia nestling in the depths.
