So you can imagine our excitement when The Pembrokeshire Gin Co.'s Welsh Cake Dry Gin arrived! Featuring the likes of cinnamon, ginger, currants, and orange, this is a particularly tasty homage to the traditional treat.
Softly toasty, the warming cinnamon and ginger working well with the juniper. A subtle sweetness of raisin and sultana develops later on.
