A delicious Welsh gin from The Gower Gin Company, made using a combination of eight botanicals - including juniper, lemon, pink grapefruit, bronze fennel and green fennel. A good balance of savoury and citrus sweetness.
This has been our favourite gin for a while. Bought two bottles of the latest batch, seeing that stocks were getting low, and it was revolting. Both bottles. The amazing aniseed notes were compley missing. I can only describe the taste as somewhere between cardboard and halitosis. Will give it one more chance, because this gin can be amazing, but Gwyr clearly have a massive quality control problem
What an amazing gin, my mother in law loved it as her birthday gift and was really well wrapped. ?
We've drank a number of craft gins, and this stands out way above the crowd. Just a bit disappointed that M0M don't stock more of the range. There are others, and they all all worth a try.
