The Ginsmiths of Liverpool Merchant Navy Gin pays homage to the merchants from the days of yore that would bring exotic ingredients from across the globe to the docks of Liverpool. This expression features exciting botanicals along the lines of Tasmanian pepperberry, Japanese yuzu peel and Mexican vanilla, among others.
Fruity vanilla and drying cardamom spice, followed juniper freshness. A good whack of citrus develops on the mid-palate.
