This citrusy variation on The Edge Gin from Cheshire brings together 10 botanicals from its original expression (including the intriguing wolfberry), and added a good helping of orange zest! Still packs plenty of juniper, vanilla and coriander notes, but the orange has imparted some sweetness and pep to the proceedings.
Piney juniper followed by juicy orange, building on the mid-palate with a touch of berry sweetness and creamy vanilla.
