Purchased a bottle of Pollination Gin after a tasting on a visit to Corris earlier this year, we got around to opening it this weekend and it was really packed with flavour, it has a floral taste about it and it is was a really pleasant drink. Will definitely be buying another in the very near future.
Honestly, we didn’t expect that much from a random pit-stop at a distillery in Wales. But the tasting convinced, and we are now on our fourth bottle; very pleased that Master of Malt carries a fairly small-batch distiller as that part of Wales certainly isn’t on our regular commute.
