The Blowing Stone Nettle & Blackberry Gin 70cl

This Nettle & Blackberry edition of The Blowing Stone gin is made with hand-picked young nettles and blackberries – both of which were readily available in the middle ages! Anglo Saxons and Vikings would use nettles in food and fabric production, whilst brambles are said to have been used for defence against invaders. It is rather fabulous that such prickly, stingy plants can be transformed into such a tasty tipple! Serve with tonic, garnished with fresh blackberries.
