Biggar Gin decided to go for an even biggar bigger ABV with this punchy expression! It's what some folks might call navy strength, but seeing as the town of Biggar is as far as you can get from the sea in Scotland, the folks behind the spirit dubbed simply dubbed it Biggar Strength, as they didn't think it would make sense to give it a maritime feel. As well as the three local star botanicals, rowan berry, rosehip and nettle in its original expression, hawthorn berries have also been added for some fruity tartness.
Bold notes of juniper and citrus, with subtle berry tartness and a balance of florals and herbs.
