This fabulous Old Tom gin from Tarsier takes inspiration from Taiwan and includes some of its most famous produce – Oolong tea! Other botanicals include the likes of kumquat, hibiscus, and ginseng, conjuring the aromas and flavours that you might encounter in the city of Taipei. Gently sweetened, this is a satisfying sipper neat and makes a great G&T, garnished with a wedge of grapefruit.
