For Stockport Gin's Pink variation, the distillery has given its tasty spirit an infusion of strawberries, raspberries and pomegranate. As you can expect, this has given the gin a lip-smacking flavour profile of fresh summer berries alongside pine-heavy juniper notes.
Fresh berry sweetness sits up front - though it's not a sugary gin at all! Good balance of fresh pine, juniper and spicy pepper.
