As if to balance the enjoyable salinity of St. Giles Gin Divers’ Edition, founder Simon Melton and head distiller Pete Margree have produced a lip-smackingly sweet expression for their range. It features full-bodied notes of raspberry, rhubarb and a flash of spicy ginger, making for an excellent G&T base.
Strawberry, pine, fiery ginger, tangy red grapes, orange and quince.

Tried this whilst stopping at Briarfields in Norfolk, absolutely loved it especially made up with added fruit, lovely flavour, worth every penny, No1 on my Christmas list & I won’t be sharing it!
