This Welsh gin from the St Davids distillery is infused with seaweed foraged from nearby St Justinians on the St Davids Peninsula. Joined by an array of peels and spices, the seaweed offers up a delicately coastal profile that we reckon ought to work perfectly in a Martini.
Oily juniper and notes of sweet, herbaceous brine are joined by rootsy spices and a lift of citrus.
