The team at St Davids distillery in Wales offer their take on a London dry gin here, made with a hearty core of juniper, backed by balanced helpings of citrus and grains of paradise. The distillery donates a portion of each sale to support nearby landmark Ramsay Island and the work carried out there by the RSPB.
