Description

The team at St Davids distillery in Wales offer their take on a London dry gin here, made with a hearty core of juniper, backed by balanced helpings of citrus and grains of paradise. The distillery donates a portion of each sale to support nearby landmark Ramsay Island and the work carried out there by the RSPB.

Overall

Juniper leads the way, lifted by crisp citrus while warming spices sit comfortably beneath.
