The distiller uses Orris root from Morocco, green cardamom seeds from Guatemala, cinnamon from Madagascar, coriander from Bulgaria, liquorice root from Uzbekistan and Devon violets from his back garden. A massively impressive gin indeed (also, the Southwestern Distillery's logo is a puffin, and puffins are the coolest birds).
