Celebrate a bit of cocktail history right here with this gin from Sipsmith! Raffles 1915 celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Singapore Sling, created in 1915 by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon at Singapore's Raffles Hotel. Alongside a core of classic botanicals, the gin is made with a host of Malaysian botanicals including jasmine, pomelo peel, lemongrass, lime leaf, nutmeg, and cardamom. With a rich core of juniper and plenty of sweet zest, this will work a dream for classics like a Singapore Sling, or a Negroni, and it'll shine in a classic G&T too.
