Saxa Vord distillery is located on the northern end of the most northerly inhabited island in the UK, Unst, which is actually closer in distance and culture to Norway than it is to much of Scotland! This is the distillery's annual festive release and it's packed to the brim with zesty, lemony goodness, plus a little dash of cinnamon for that special seasonal touch.
Fresh, sweet, zesty notes of citrus oil and lemon peels, bold, piney juniper, sweet, wintery spice, and a touch of fragrant, peppery warmth beneath.
