This Elderflower & Quince Gin from the Shakespeare Distillery blends its very own Stratford Gin with the eponymous botanicals! Quince was a highly prized fruit during the Tudor period, so the folks at the Shakespeare Distillery in Stratford-upon-Avon wanted to put it to good use. We reckon a floral tonic would work wonders alongside this fruity gin.
Juniper is still present alongside underripe apple, tart quince and aromatic elderflower, with herbaceous undertones.
