Rives Special Gin
Rives Special Gin is triple distilled and features 11 botanicals at its core, giving it a flavour profile highlighted by clean, crisp notes of juniper and touches of toasted almonds. Rives is produced in sunny Spain, in El Puerto de Santa María. Ought to be good in a G&T, served in a balloon glass with plenty of ice and perhaps a few interesting botanicals thrown in as garnish.

Nose
Juniper-heavy, but there are fresh orange and fennel notes to be found underneath.
Palate
Once again, it's definitely a juniper-forward gin. Quite creamy. Honeyed florals develop later on.
Finish
A bit short, with subtle nuttiness lingering on.
