A pink gin from Spanish producers, Rives. Usually "pink gin" refers to a delicious concoction of gin mixed with a dash of bitters (often Angostura), but this is actually made using their gin and strawberries from Huelva. Rather sweet with juicy strawberry notes front and centre.
