From the Rare Bird Distillery in North Yorkshire comes this London dry gin, showcasing juniper, green pepper, rosemary, hibiscus and citrus in its list of 11 botanicals. A neat balance of fruity and herbaceous notes in here, so we reckon it would come into its own in a Martini with a twist of grapefruit peel.
A core of juniper supported subtle pepper spice, with tart floral notes, clean citrus and savoury rosemary lingering.
