Over in Penzance, Pocketful of Stones Distillery has been busy crafting this citrus-forward Marmalade Old Tom! Seville orange peel is distilled alongside a range of other botanicals, and post distillation even more Seville orange peel is then infused as well. Before bottling it's slightly sweetened, giving it a lovely jammy (well, marmalade-y) flavour profile. We'll certainly... Toast to that!
Seville orange marmalade takes centre stage, leading into creamy almond and liquorice sweetness with a gently spiced finish.
Stunning orange flavour but not too overpowering. You still can taste a fresh botanicals. I really lived it & surprised me well.
Yet another brilliant gin from Pocketful of Stones, my new favourite distillery. This gin has a lovely, fully-rounded taste with an orangey element. Great in a G&T or in a hot toddy.
