From the same Pipehouse folks who brought you Earl Grey & Cucumber gin, there is now a Pink Grapefruit & Thyme expression! Perhaps a slightly more traditional pairing, though certainly not lacking in flavour. We'll let you take a guess at the garnishes for this one...
Complex, with sharp fruity notes rounded by subtle hints of aromatic thyme and juniper, and a zesty kick of bittersweet pink grapefruit on the finish.
