Using a base of its Dry Gin, Pinnock Distillery had then added fresh locally sourced rhubarb and strawberry to this fruity expression. With a subtle blushing colour, it's got all those well-balanced tart and sweet notes from the star botanicals. Should do well in summery cocktails we reckon, or with a simple Mediterranean tonic.
Tart rhubarb initially, tempered by sweeter notes of honey leading into lavender and fresh strawberry, rounded off by a spicy finish.
