Pinckneys Oak Aged Gin
From Pinckneys Gin over in Shropshire comes an Oak Aged expression! It is left to rest in oak casks, imparting a wonderfully rich colour and flavour profile, full of silky tannins. Perhaps this would be one to mix it up and try in a Gin Old Fashioned.
