From Pinckneys Gin over in Shropshire comes an Oak Aged expression! It is left to rest in oak casks, imparting a wonderfully rich colour and flavour profile, full of silky tannins. Perhaps this would be one to mix it up and try in a Gin Old Fashioned.
Silky, with notes of vanilla, earthy juniper, floral wood, a hint of lemon citrus and drying oak on the finish.
