Based on a small farm in Shropshire, Pinckneys London Dry Gin features some usual suspects like juniper, coriander and angelica, alongside another eight botanicals including lemon balm, lavender, bay leaf and grapefruit. The botanicals aim to reflect the English Shires, and the brand also places sustainability at the fore, with waste mash from production used for pig feed, and planting over 10,000 trees on the farm to offset the carbon produced. A classically styled gin here, a star in a Martini.
