A dry gin from grappa producer Pilzer, which gives them something to do when they're waiting for the new season's pomace to arrive! It is made with juniper and 15 different herbs to a recipe inspired by the woodland of Trentino.
Dry, juniper-led and slightly herbal, it makes a fine G&T.
