Oxley
Gin
Customer Rating
“Many gins overwhelm with juniper; this one blends in. Delicate, sublime juniper-forward taste, with hints of anise and citrus at the back of your mouth. Try this neat. I’m already afraid of running out of bottles! ”

Description
As enthusiasts of all things science-y, we're big fans of Oxley Gin. It's distilled under vacuum - the distillate boils at -5 degrees Celsius, and re-condenses at -100 Celsius! That sounds like it shouldn't work, but the proof is in the pudding (or gin, in this case). This scientific wizardry captures some subtle, delicate flavours from the botanicals that might be lost when distilling in the usual way (y'know, with heat and all that).
