Ampersand is distilled in England using juniper, coriander, angelica, pepper and the finest Spanish orange and lemon peels (peeled by hand and sun-dried). This London Dry Gin is from Osbourne, not to be confused with Canada's Ampersand Distilling Co.
Fresh tangerine jumps out from the glass, backed up by caraway and a good kick of spicy peppercorn.
Oaky juniper at its heart is solid and hefty, while the juicy citrus notes and floral angelica offer a welcome sweetness.
Softly oily on the finish with more juniper and orange.
