A quality smooth gin for sure but a very strong sage flavour. Tonic only seems to make the sage stand out more. I am not anxious to repeat this experience.
Lovely tasting Gin
An excellent gin, smooth on the palate with a spicy and herbacious warmth enhanced by the sage - but then sweetened by a wonderful apple taste. Served with with a good quality light tonic, this is all the additive One Gin Sage & Apple needs.
Delicious crisp flavour with a hint of sweetness. I paired mine with regular tonic and some thin slices of apple. I love the herby, more ‘savoury’ gins and this hits the spot
