Produced in Ireland's Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, Old Carrick Mill Gin is produced in an old flour mill using a grain base spirit alongside botanicals including cucumber, pear and juniper (among others). A particularly fruit-forward gin, so stock up on fresh fruit for garnishes when you grab a bottle.
Orange and lime, followed by touches of green pear skin, bolstered by earthy juniper. A touch of black tea richness hides underneath the sweet fruit freshness.
Very well balanced gin with hints of Pear. Cucumber and tea.
