London Dry Gin from the husband and wife team behind Newbold Spirit. Crisp, dry and subtly herbaceous, this is a beautifully well rounded and classic example of a London Dry Gin.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Classic notes of juniper, alongside pine wood and fresh herbs. There's a slight aroma of lemon zest too.
Palate
Crisp on the palate, with further juniper and pine. A wonderful balance of herbs, spice and citrus. There's fennel, cardamom, and a zing of lemon.
Finish
Dry with a final hint of spice and fresh herbs.
