A variation of Nelson's Gin recipe, incorporating rhubarb into their mix of botanicals (which includes Madagascan vanilla, cinnamon from Sri Lanka and lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves from Thailand).
Sharp, sweet rhubarb stands out, with the mellow vanilla balancing out the tart fruit notes. Citrus peels and Christmas-y spice in the background.

Not sweet, but an amazing rustic rhubarb flavour. Had to experiment with a couple of different tonics to appreciate the sutble creaminess of custard, but it is there. not sure i agree with the tasting notes, but it is bang on. Try it you will not be disappointed.
