A variation of Nelson's Gin recipe, incorporating rhubarb into their mix of botanicals (which includes Madagascan vanilla, cinnamon from Sri Lanka and lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves from Thailand).
Sharp, sweet rhubarb stands out, with the mellow vanilla balancing out the tart fruit notes. Citrus peels and Christmas-y spice in the background.

Best rhubarb gin we have tried
Not as sweet as other rhubarb based gins, but still takes me back to the days of going to the sweet shop for a quarter of rhubarb and custard sweets.
