A clever bit of creativity from the folks at Mt. Uncle in Australia. Beginning with a classic London dry gin recipe, the team first selects suitable equivalent botanicals, grown on the Mt. Uncle farm, and then smokes them before distillation! Imparting hearty layers of wood smoke and charred flavour to the spirit, this will be a fab way to transform classic cocktails, we reckon.
