Mielikki Pink Peppercorn & Hibiscus Gin
From the folks at Mielikki up in Northumbria comes this fabulously floral gin! Distilled with a host of classic botanicals, the gin is then treated to an infusion of pink peppercorns, and a hefty helping of hibiscus flowers, imparting a rich, rosy hue and a delicate depth of floral flavour. Great stuff served with elderflower tonic!

Sweetly floral with juicy notes of hibiscus surrounding a core of juniper and gently warming spice. Soft citrus zest brings balance, with lingering prickles of peppery warmth on the finish.
