The folks at McLeans stayed close to home when producing this small batch gin. The botanicals are exclusively foraged from within a five mile radius and collected during daily exercise. A total of 240 hours was spent foraging and processing botanicals such as brambles, gorse flowers, hawthorn berries, Scots pine needles and golden chanterelle mushrooms. All in all, it's fair to say that a lot of effort went into making this exceptional gin, with its harmonious and delicate balance it's fab for making refreshing G&Ts, and would work very well in a Bramble cocktail too!
Bright wafts of summer berries balance earthen forest floor and woody root spice, perfumed wildflowers intertwine with gentle hints of fresh garden herbs.
