Tasty Aussie gin here from Tasmania's McHenry distillery - the southern-most distillery in Australia. They use a combination of citrus, orris, coriander, star anise, cardamom and the vital juniper to create this expression, which works well in a G&T and Negroni, but it's also particularly enjoyable simply sipped over ice!
Coriander, juniper and a deft touch of anise are all well integrated, with sweeter hints of orange and lemon developing behind them.
