Along with the Harrogate spring water and usual botanical mix comes a healthy dose of delicate pink peppercorns and juicy conference pears.

Nose
There’s the signature Masons malty spice, but this time it’s amped up with pink pepper aromatics.
Palate
Liquorice and juniper, and a delicious wash of earthy-sweet pear.
Finish
The aromatic spiciness lingers on with the juniper and some citrus. Warm and zesty.
Overall
A ramped-up version of Masons’ signature dry Yorkshire gin – and it works!
