Manchester Gin teamed up with Manchester's Michelin starred restaurant mana to create this enticing expression. Distilled with discarded oyster shells from the restaurant, alongside the likes of pine and lemon, it's flourishing with a distinct, coastal character that will stand out beautifully mixed with tonic, and make an exceptional Martini or Red Snapper.

Overall
