Not quite content with simply having a rather citrus-forward gin, Lyme Bay Winery have created a Pink Grapefruit-focused expression too! It's not just pink grapefruit at the core of this gin, but lime peel, orange peel, elderflower and juniper, too.

Nose
Soft grapefruit and juniper, with a touch of Sauternes wine sweetness hiding in there.
Palate
Citrus blossom and sugared peels, with savoury sea spray hints keeping everything balanced.
Finish
Oily juniper lingers on the finish, alongside ever-present grapefruit flesh.
