We're struggling to think of pairings that are more refreshing than the combination of elderflower and cucumber, so it's brilliant news that Lyme Bay have created this Elderflower & Cucumber Gin just in time for summer! Botanicals include juniper, coriander and angelica alongside cucumber and elderflower, for a crisp and fresh tipple. This'll do well in a classic G&T with a good slice of cucumber.
