I tried this for the first time during the summer when on holiday with friends in Cornwall. We were on the dockside of a harbour watching the boats go by. We were introduced to London Square Gin which, mixed with tonic, ice and slice, was as near to perfection as you can get. Happy memories and now my gin of choice!
