Leeds Gin White Rose
From Leeds Gin comes this White Rose expression, which is made with traditional botanicals and then steeping white rose petals and apricot in the spirit. The white rose is rather famous round those Yorkshire parts, as the flower is the symbol of the House of York and was later adopted as a symbol of Yorkshire as a whole. Luckily for Leeds Gin, it tastes rather delicious in this tipple, too.
