Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Aromatic juniper and dried flowers with greener, earthier notes. The coriander used as a botanical also comes though.

Palate Quite sweet and dry with citrus before the heather creeps in.

Finish Fairly long and clean.

Just wave the Vermouth 5 times above the glass clockwise..
Then pour this over Ice, no garnish needed.

Milk is the whey to go, spirit is so clean n smooth it allows the botanicals more headroom to be subtle.

Makes a good Negroni too!
