A citrus-forward gin with a Japanese twist, built on a sugar cane base rather than grain. Aichi Prefecture gives it its roots, while ten botanicals bring a mix of classic and distinctly Asian character. Works just as well in a sharp G&T as it does in a stripped-back Martini.
Bright citrus, coriander, camomile, and a hint of matcha.
